WORKMENS COMPENSATION BENEFITS

If you are injured on the job it is your responsibility to file the proper paperwork. Many members file an accident report and think their obligation is done. This is not true. In order to be compensated for time lost due to a work related accident a C-3 form must be filled out. The accident report will not start out of work benefits. If you have any questions call your Business Agent.
